Lee Tae-Hoon fired

Some days ago, the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC) announced that current national coach Lee Tae-Hoon's contract will not be renewed. Lee Tae-Hoon was appointed in August 2010 and became the fourth foreign coach to lead the nation in the past 12 years after Joachim Fickert, Scott O’Donnell and Yoo Kee-Heung. A scholar of total football, his legacy with Cambodian football  produced mixed results. Some moments here and there aside, Lee has been less successful than they hoped. The away game against Laos in the World Cup qualifiers in July drawn a lot of criticism. Results from the AFF Suzuki Cup, the AFC Challenge Cup, the FIFA World Cup and the SEA Games were a disaster.
